1. How satisfied were you with our team’s work?
We have been in very good cooperation with CR Construction team in our projects. The company provided answers to all questions in advance, provided detailed feedback and information when requested and had properly informed and competent project managers assigned in each of our projects. In most cases, CINAMON didn’t have to be in the field for any concerns or observations, while CR Construction team’s project managers have been properly acting as the presence of CINAMON in the field.
2. Did you have any doubts about our work, and what happened to them?
In parts of the projects, the pricing of works and materials have been discussed during the execution of the project. In the end, CR Construction was able to provide detailed information without withholding any important factors and satisfy CINAMON’s worries.
3. Please name one good quality of our team.
It was possible to communicate with the company representatives over any channel almost any time of the day and week regarding the projects and their details. This possibility increased the trust and assurance to the works from CINAMON’s side.
4. Is there something that sets us apart from other companies in the construction sector?
Most of the construction and project management companies provide general information to their client but do not provide details even when requested. In this regard, CR Construction’s transparency was a unique factor in compared to other similar companies.
5. Did anything about our service surprise you?
During our projects, there has been quite a number of changes and updates during the execution of the project. We didn’t expect those changes and updates to be so successfully executed. The possibility of adapting to changes by CR Construction while the project is already ongoing, was a pleasant surprise for CINAMON.
6. What makes working with us easy?
CR Construction provides detailed information in the “offer and proposal phase”. This creates a very transparent and open work environment for the client to be able to foresee upcoming possible factors and details and be prepared for it, which made projects to be executed easier than anticipated.
