The construction of MySushi on the first floor of Apollo Plaza was part of a plan to bring the best flavors and entertainment together in one place. Our focus was to create a compact and functional service point that would reflect the freshness of the brand.

As it was part of a larger renovation, meeting deadlines was critical so that the entire synergy of the first floor of Apollo Plaza could open at once.

Challenge: Fast and precise execution as part of a larger development project. The result is a modern 45-seat service area for MySushi with an outdoor terrace that blends organically into the new look of the center and has its own entrance.
