The project in Riga, one of the largest shopping malls in the Baltics (Alfa), was a geographical and logistical challenge.

We built eight cinemas, which together can accommodate almost 1,360 guests, making it one of the largest and most technologically capable cinemas in the region.

The international project required close cooperation with Latvian specialists and strict adherence to local building codes to create a seamless and high-quality cinema experience. It was a demonstration of CR Construction’s ability to manage large-scale premium projects outside its home market.
